Our beautiful wide, white sand beach, also known as Crescent Beach, is only a few steps away. The house is tiled throughout, with a full kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living area and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard has a saltwater pool, a gas grill, and is a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the afternoon, a meal, the sunset or the stars. The front yard is marked by tall palms, Florida vegetation, and a gravel patio with a central fire pit where you can enjoy ocean breezes and socialize.
Excellent restaurants, shops are nearby and we are about 6.5 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine.
